7 Palms Vacation Home

Thank you for choosing to stay at 7 Palms Home.  We are so glad to have you as our guest.  The following policies are enforced to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay at our home.  When you book you are agreeing to abide by these rules.  Please note we reserve the right to make any guest leave the home if violations of our policies occur.  No refunds will be given.

Reservations

Reservations are not confirmed until payment goes through, a rental agreement is signed and a security deposit is held.  We accept Visa, Master card, American Express or Discover for payments.  We do not accept walk-in guests. 

Cancellations

We are a small family owned business and cancellations affect us significantly so we have a firm cancellation policy.

Cancellations made at 30 days or more prior to check in date will receive a refund of the amount paid, less 20% total lodging fee held as handling charge.

Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival date will be responsible for the total charges including all applicable taxes and no refund will be given.  We highly recommend travel insurance in case of emergency.

Check-in and Check-out times

Guests may check in between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm.  Later arrivals can be accommodated, but  should be arranged in advance.

Guests need to check-out by 10:00 am.  Late check-outs cannot always be arranged but if they are available, they need to be arranged ahead of time and will incur a $50 late check-out fee.

Registered Guests and Noise Control

Only registered guests are allowed on the inside and outside areas of the home.  

Please respect our neighbors and limit your noise and music.  

Cape Coral has a noise ordinance after 9pm.  If the police department receives complaints regarding guest noise, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Smoking and Candle Burning

NO SMOKING of any substance is permitted in the house or on the premises.  Immediate cancellation without a refund for non compliance as well as a $500 charge to rid the home or odor and litter will be charged.

NO smoking/e-cigarettes, incense, candle burning or fireworks anywhere inside or outside on the grounds of 7 Palms Home.  The booking guest will be charged a $500 fee on their credit card for anyone who violates this policy.

Owner's Rights

The 7 Palms Home is privately owned and operated.  The Host reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  We will not be responsible for guest accidents, or injuries or the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Property Issue

Any damages, stolen items or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the booking party and will be charged to the credit card used to book the stay. Any special clean up fees caused by the guest or anyone in the party will be charged to the credit card used to book the stay.

Towel replacement cost is $30/per item

Bedding replacement cost is $100/per item

No Glass in the pool area

Any damages must be communicated to the host immediately.

Pets

Although we love pets, we are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

Physical Accessibility

The 7 Palms Home is not required to provide accessible lodging.
